Members of the maiden Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Command and Staff College Course 01/23 have congratulated Deputy Superintendent of Corps (DSC) Hajara Maina on her appointment as Divisional Officer of Dundubus Division, Jigawa State Command.
The congratulatory message followed the approval of her appointment by the Jigawa State Commandant of the NSCDC, Commandant Muhammad Kabiru Ingawa, whose commitment to recognizing competence and professionalism within the Corps has been widely commended by officers and personnel.
DSC Hajara Maina, who was among the pioneering participants of the maiden Command and Staff College Course 01/23 held in Lamingo, Jos, Plateau State, recently assumed duty as the Divisional Officer of Dundubus Division. She succeeded Superintendent of Corps (SC) Sunusi Jikas, who has been redeployed to another assignment within the Corps.
Her appointment has been received with enthusiasm by her course mates, who described her as a dedicated, disciplined, and highly professional officer with the capacity to provide effective leadership and enhance operational efficiency within the division.
The officers noted that her successful completion of the prestigious Command and Staff College Course, alongside several other professional and capacity-building programmes, has adequately prepared her for greater responsibilities and leadership roles within the NSCDC.
They expressed confidence that her wealth of experience, commitment to duty, and leadership qualities would contribute significantly to the growth and development of Dundubus Division and the overall success of the Jigawa State Command.
The Course 01/23 participants wished DSC Hajara Maina a fruitful and successful tenure, praying for wisdom, strength, good health, and divine guidance as she undertakes her new responsibilities in service to the nation and the Corps.
