CAS reaffirms commitment to protecting lives, property against enemy attack

The Chief of the Air Staff, CAS, Air Marshal Hasan Bala Abubakar, has reaffirmed the unwavering commitment of NAF to protection of Nigerians across the country.

Ehimen Ejodame Air Commodore Director of Public Relations and Information, Headquarters, Nigerian Air Force in a statement said the CAS made the disclosure during a visit to personnel of the Air Component of Operation FANSAN YAMMA, Sector 2, operating in the North West region.

According to the statement, the Army Chief said the protection of lives and property is paramount to NAF just as he commended the troops under Operation FANSAN YAMMA, for their commitment to safe guarding lives and property in the North East region.

He noted that NAF operations must continuously employ precision strikes in a bid to sustain public trust, adding that “every action we take must demonstrate not only tactical efficiency but also strategic empathy.”

While commending members of the community for their cooperation in providing relevant and timely information, he further urged them to continue to provide useful intelligent information for them to succeed

He further charged the troops to remain steadfast in their respective duties aimed at defending the nation from criminal attack.
