On this occasion, he highlighted key welfare initiatives under his administration. These notable enhancements include a 100% increase in Ration Cash Allowance (RCA) in the 2025 budget, introduction of a new Group Personal Accident Insurance Policy, and distribution of new uniforms and accoutrements to personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, the CAS noted improvements to infrastructure and amenities, such as an upgraded electricity subsidy for Sam Ethnan Base and procurement of new medical equipment for the 661 NAF Hospital in Ikeja. Additionally, he mentioned the ongoing execution of over 470 infrastructure projects across the nation, with a substantial investment of over \u20a661 billion to date. These initiatives underscore the NAF&#8217;s commitment to enhancing personnel welfare and modernizing its facilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYour service and sacrifice remain the cornerstone upon which we build a stronger and more capable Air Force,\u201d \u2013 Air Marshal Abubakar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These initiatives reflect a clear
