He said:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commandant Musa said: <em>&#8220;We should exercise a great deal of suspicion about events around us, because no matter the efforts of security agents, criminals remain unrepentant in their nefarious activities, which they carry out under different and numerous disguises. This explains why we should be extraordinarily suspicious of people and activities around us.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;Intelligence is a potent weapon in fighting criminality and insecurity, especially when it is volunteered by locals at the grassroots, who are conversant with and knowledgeable about activities in their communities.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>He urged NSCDC officers to always adhere to the Corps&#8217;
