{"id":6675,"date":"2025-03-28T14:50:03","date_gmt":"2025-03-28T14:50:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psmnigeria.org\/?p=6675"},"modified":"2025-03-28T14:50:08","modified_gmt":"2025-03-28T14:50:08","slug":"eid-el-fitr-kebbi-nscdc-drploys-750-operatives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psmnigeria.org\/?p=6675","title":{"rendered":"EID-EL-FITR: KEBBI NSCDC DRPLOYS 750 OPERATIVES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kebbi State Command, has deployed 750 personnel to ensure the safety of lives and property during the Eid-el-Fitr celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kebbi State NSCDC Commandant, CC Kabiru Abubakar Alkamawa, announced the deployment while addressing officers and personnel of the command. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He stated that the decision followed the Federal Government\u2019s declaration of Monday, March 31, and Tuesday, April 1, 2025, as public holidays to mark the celebration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Alkamawa, officers deployed for the operation were drawn from various departments, units, divisions, and area commands across the state to ensure the security of lives, property, and critical national assets before, during, and after the festivities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis deployment is to safeguard lives and property, as well as to protect critical national assets and infrastructure in the state,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He highlighted key assets under protection, including manholes, telecommunication cables, fiber optics, masts,, health facilities, transformers, and water pipes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe objective is to prevent economic losses due to sabotage and curb the criminal activities of vandals and other unrepentant elements,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alkamawa also extended his best wishes to Muslim faithful, urging residents to embrace peace, love, and unity\u2014values emphasized in the Holy Quran.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kebbi State Command, has deployed 750 personnel to ensure the safety of lives and property during the Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
