Your commitment to professionalism and collaboration is commendable,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further stressed that the Cadre aligns with the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede\u2019s Command Philosophy which is \u201cTo Consolidate the Transformation of the Nigerian Army towards Bequeathing a Well-Motivated and Combat-Ready Force that can Effectively Discharge its Constitutional Responsibilities within a Joint and Multi-Agency Environment.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By promoting inter-agency collaboration and joint training, the Nigerian Army aims to enhance national security, a goal that is also emphasized by experts in the field. Effective collaboration and joint training can help agencies address complex challenges, share resources and expertise, and ultimately achieve better outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event was attended by Senior Military Officers, Heads of Security and Law Enforcement Agencies or their representatives, and some members of Directing Staff from the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, Jaji who were the resource persons at the Cadre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Highlights included presentation of souvenirs, lectures, and group
