The Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Kemi Nanna Nandap<\/strong>, on Thursday encouraged public relations officers of the Service participating in the ongoing Special Executive Membership Class<\/strong> organised by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR)<\/strong> to apply the knowledge and skills acquired during the programme towards improving service delivery and strengthening the image of the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Comptroller-General commended the NIPR for organising the intensive capacity-building initiative, describing it as a valuable platform for professional development. She emphasised that the training would become a regular exercise aimed at enhancing the competencies of NIS reputation managers and equipping them for more effective performance in the discharge of their responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Earlier, participants were taken through a series of practical and interactive public relations sessions by distinguished facilitators, including the Vice President of NIPR, Prof. Emmanuel Dandaura, fnipr<\/strong>; Chairman of the NIPR Legal Advisory Committee, Barr.
