This position was conveyed in a goodwill message delivered on behalf of the Commandant General of the NSCDC, , by the Delta State Commandant, Commandant Chinedu F. Igbo, during the opening ceremony of the 2nd International Conference on Maritime, Trade and Transport organised by the .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The conference, themed \u201cThe Maritime Sector: Harnessing the Potentials, Challenges and Future Trends,\u201d<\/em> is taking place at the Conference Centre from 24th to 27th May, 2026.
