The Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has reaffirmed Nigeria\u2019s commitment to strengthening cooperation with Poland in the areas of immigration, border management, internal security, correctional services and emergency response.
The minister made this known during a meeting with the Polish Ambassador to Nigeria, Michal Cygan, and the Deputy Head of Mission, Maciej Klosak, held in Abuja.
Tunji Ojo stressed the importance of structured engagements and technical exchanges between both countries. He noted that Nigeria stands to benefit from Poland\u2019s reform experience, particularly in strengthening institutions under the Ministry of Interior.
Both sides agreed to identify and define priority areas of collaboration that would enhance institutional capacity and improve service delivery to citizens. The discussions focused on practical steps that would translate into measurable outcomes for both nations.
