{"id":2110,"date":"2024-07-26T11:05:46","date_gmt":"2024-07-26T11:05:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/psmnigeria.org\/?p=2110"},"modified":"2024-07-26T11:05:50","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T11:05:50","slug":"nscdc-strategize-to-prevent-vandalism-of-critical-national-assets-and-infrastructure-ahead-of-nationwide-protest-in-anambra-state","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/psmnigeria.org\/?p=2110","title":{"rendered":"NSCDC STRATEGIZE TO PREVENT VANDALISM OF CRITICAL NATIONAL ASSETS AND INFRASTRUCTURE AHEAD OF NATIONWIDE PROTEST IN ANAMBRA STATE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In anticipation of the planned nationwide protest,Commandant Maku Olatunde, the State Commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Anambra State Command on Thursday, 25th July 2024 convened a strategic of all Area Commanders, Divisional Officers, Heads of Formations and Tactical Commanders at the State Command Headquarters Awka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting aimed to develop effective measures to protect Critical National Assets and Infrastructure, prevent breakdown of law and order, and ensure a unified response to potential security challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The NSCDC State boss warned supervisory officers to maintain utmost vigilance and assume full responsibility for security and protection of assets within their area of responsibility. He appealed to protest organizers to consider alternative lawful channels for articulating grievances, cautioning against infiltration by undesirable elements, including miscreants, hoodlums and anti progressive individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comdt. Maku reaffirmed commitment to collaborating with other security agencies to maintain peace and order, employing all necessary and legitimate measures to prevent any potential breakdown of law and
