He noted that the FRSC system aligns with global best practices in institutional performance management and has contributed significantly to improved service delivery.<br>According to the NSCDC boss, the visit was undertaken in compliance with a Presidential directive mandating government agencies to understudy successful operational and management systems that enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public service.<br>He stated that the NSCDC is fully prepared to critically examine every component of the FRSC Performance and Quality Management System, with the aim of adapting relevant best practices to strengthen its internal processes and operational effectiveness.<br>Professor Audi further expressed confidence that such inter-agency collaboration would deepen compliance with quality standards across the NSCDC, ultimately improving service delivery and reinforcing public trust in security
