Their presence reflected the collective leadership responsible for shaping policy, coordination and operational standards across Nigeria\u2019s paramilitary system.<br>Among those in attendance were the Commandant General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Controller-General of the Nigeria Immigration Service, and the Controller-General of the Nigerian Correctional Service, alongside other senior management officers. These officials represent the strategic leadership driving manpower development, discipline and institutional reforms within their respective agencies.<br>The gathering underscored the shared commitment of the paramilitary leadership to merit-based promotion, accountability and professionalism.
