The Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Thursday called on all Nigerians, particularly Lagos residents, to re-strategize and collaborate in finding lasting solutions to the nation\u2019s security challenges, emphasizing that the protection of lives and property is a shared responsibility between government and citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Governor Sanwo-Olu delivered the remarks at the 19th Annual Town Hall Meeting of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), themed \u201cBuilding Trust, Enhancing Security: A New Era of Security and Partnerships.\u201d<\/strong> The event took place at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of his administration\u2019s commitment to \u201cSecurity and Governance\u201d<\/strong>, the sixth pillar of the THEMES+ Agenda, Governor Sanwo-Olu announced the donation of 100 operational vehicles to security agencies across the state, aimed at strengthening their operational capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan, Executive Secretary of LSSTF, credited Lagos\u2019 continued safety to Governor Sanwo-Olu\u2019s significant investments in the state\u2019s security infrastructure.
