It underscores the relentless work, sacrifices, and steadfast commitment ACC Attah has demonstrated in leading the national campaign against illegal mining activities across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event, organised by the National Civil Society Coalition (NACCSO) in partnership with the Vision-One Leadership Development Initiative, celebrates individuals whose service is helping to shape a more effective and progressive Nigeria. NACCSO President, Emmanuel Johnny, commended ACC Attah for his \u201ccourageous and incorruptible stance\u201d in safeguarding mineral resources previously lost to illicit exploitation\u2014efforts he said have contributed to \u201creversing Nigeria\u2019s revenue fortune.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In his remarks, ACC Attah dedicated the honour to the Commandant General of the NSCDC, Prof. Abubakar Ahmed Audi, while also acknowledging the support of the Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, and the Minister of Solid Minerals, Dr. Dele Alake. He reiterated that the mandate remains clear: to place national interest above personal gain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other notable recipients at the ceremony included:<br>\u2022 Gen. C.G. Musa (rtd), former Chief of Defence Staff<br>\u2022 Prof. Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, Registrar of NECO<br>\u2022 Silas Agara, Director-General of NDE<br>\u2022 CP Ifeanyi Henry Uche, Head of the Police National Cybercrime Centre<br>\u2022 Hajia Aisha Ahmed Audi, President of CDOWA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While Abuja hosts numerous award events each year, this particular recognition stands out for the Mining Marshals. It affirms that under the leadership of ACC John Onoja Attah, the fight against illegal mining is not only visible; it is contributing to the transformation of a sector once marked by
