Addressing officers during a fitness and drill session held at the unit\u2019s training ground, Attah emphasized that the nature of security operations, especially in the solid minerals sector, demands alertness, stamina, and agility. He noted that the ability of personnel to effectively respond to emergencies, pursue offenders, and withstand harsh field conditions depends largely on their physical conditioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to him, the work of the Mining Marshals is not just about intelligence gathering or patrol duties; it requires men and women who are mentally sharp and physically strong. A fit officer can withstand pressure, make quick decisions, and represent the Corps with pride and confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
