He announced plans to introduce comprehensive insurance coverage, performance-based awards, and welfare loans to support officers and recognize excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He further pledged to provide a more conducive working environment, while urging officers to uphold professionalism and discipline, warning that anyone involved in job racketeering or misconduct would face strict disciplinary measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Looking ahead, the Controller General revealed plans to integrate fire safety and rescue education into the school curriculum to nurture a new generation of safety-conscious Nigerians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visit ended on an uplifting note, as officers of the Abuja Commands expressed appreciation for the CG\u2019s visit, describing it as a major morale booster and a clear signal of ongoing reforms, improved welfare, and renewed commitment to service
